Terms & Conditions - Rudra Associates

Eligibility

To purchase or apply for any insurance policy through Rudra Associates, you must:

1. Be at least 18 years of age.
2. Be an Indian resident with valid identification documents.
3. Provide accurate personal, financial, and contact information.
4. Fulfill the eligibility requirements set by the respective insurance company.

Rudra Associates reserves the right to accept or reject any application as per guidelines of the insurer.

Insurance Application & Verification

1. All applications are subject to verification of documents, medical history (if applicable), and insurer guidelines.
2. We may contact employers, references, or third-party agencies for verification.
3. Submission of false information or forged documents may result in immediate cancellation and legal action.

Policy Issuance

1. Policy approval is subject to underwriting rules of the insurance company.
2. Premium, coverage, terms, and benefits will be specified in the final policy document.
3. Rudra Associates only facilitates the process and does not guarantee approval of any insurance policy.
4. Medical tests may be required depending on the type of policy and insurer’s rules.

Premium Payment

Premium amount is determined by the insurer based on:

1. Type of insurance policy
2. Age, health, lifestyle, and risk factors
3. Sum insured and policy tenure

Premium must be paid on or before the due date. Failure to do so may result in policy lapse or loss of coverage.

Policy Renewal

1. Renewal reminders may be provided as a courtesy, but timely renewal is solely the policyholder’s responsibility.
2. Policies not renewed within the grace period may lapse permanently.
3. Premium and terms at renewal are subject to insurer rules at that time.

Claims

All claims are processed as per the guidelines of the respective insurance company.

1. Rudra Associates assists in the claim filing process but does not guarantee claim approval.
2. Clients must provide accurate and complete documentation for claims.
3. Fraudulent claims will be rejected and may lead to legal consequences.

Policy Cancellation

Cancellation terms depend on the insurer’s policy and may include:

1. Free-look period cancellation
2. Pro-rata cancellation (if permitted)
3. No-refund cancellation for certain plans

Cancellation charges and refunds, if applicable, will follow insurer guidelines.

Client Responsibilities

The client agrees to:

1. Provide true and complete information at all times.
2. Update Rudra Associates regarding changes in address, phone number, or personal details.
3. Review the policy document carefully before accepting.
4. Use insurance services only for lawful and legitimate purposes.

Company Rights

Rudra Associates reserves the right to:

1. Refuse service in case of fraudulent or misleading information.
2. Modify pricing or service terms with prior notice.
3. Engage third-party agencies for verification or claim support.
4. Share required customer information with insurance companies or regulatory authorities.

Confidentiality & Data Usage

1. Your personal information will be used only for insurance processing, customer support, and compliance.
2. We may share data with insurers, underwriters, third-party service providers, or legal/regulatory bodies.
3. While we follow standard security practices, we are not liable for breaches beyond our control.

Limitation of Liability

1. Rudra Associates is an intermediary and not an insurance company.
2. We are not responsible for decisions made by insurers regarding acceptance, rejection, or claims.
3. We do not guarantee returns, benefits, or claim approval for any insurance product.

Legal Jurisdiction

1. All disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts located in Jaipur, Rajasthan.
2. Indian laws shall apply to all insurance-related transactions.

Amendments

Rudra Associates may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of the updated Terms.
